REFUND POLICY

All returns will be issued as an exchange in the form of store credit. Once your order is submitted, it can not be modified or canceled.

BOCA CUSTOM DESIGNS does not accept returns on swimwear past 48 hours of delivery. Swimsuits will only be eligible for return if the item has all original tags, and has not been worn, washed, or damaged. All other products can be returned within 7 days.

Orders are processed between 3-5 business days*. BOCA CUSTOM DESIGNS will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

BOCA CUSTOM DESIGNS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
